Some even claiming that the game being run at Sony\u00b4s E3 booth was actually running on Xbox 360 systems instead of Sony\u00b4s PS3.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, some Sony executives tried to play it off as an exclusive, while the folks at Ubisoft have been sticking to &#8221;no comment&#8221; &#8211;  until now, that is. At the currently running <b>International Digital Entertainment Festival<\/b> (<a href=http:\/\/www.idefexpo.com\/ target=_blank>IDEF<\/a>) in Cannes, Ubisoft has officially confirmed that Assassin\u00b4s Creed is in fact in development for the Xbox 360 and PC, as well as the PS3. However, whether Ubi\u00b4s highly anticipated title will be a limited time-exclusive for any system remains unclear.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ff3300\">Update<\/span>: unfortunately Ubisoft is now denying any &#8221;official&#8221; stand on anything else but a PS3 release.
