British game publisher and developer Eidos<\/i> announced it has opened a new studio in Montreal, Canada. The studio will develop games for PC and next-generation consoles (Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii). Any new information about games currently under development was not revealed.
\nIn the past year Eidos has opened studios also in Sweden and Hungary. In particular, Battlestations: Midway<\/i> was developed in Hungary. The new Canadian studio will be lead by General Manager Stephane Dastous, previously from Ubisoft Montreal.<\/p>\n
