Microsoft announced that 3,3 million Xbox 360´s have been shipped worldwide.
Microsoft aims to to ship and sell 1,7 million units in the next two months, so that the company will accomplish it´s target to sell 4,5-5,5 million consoles by June.
Microsoft currently has three manufacturers, Wistron, Flextronics and Celestica. Wistron alone is producing 1 million units per month.
Sony Computer Entertaiment president Ken Kutaragi stated that Sony´s goal is to ship 6 million units worldwide by the end of March 2007.
