Microsoft has confirmed that this March they are going bring their Platinum Hits games to Europe as well, about five months after the original line-up hit Japan and North America. In addition to the games in the aforementioned regions, Europeans will get their hands on a plethora of other titles as well.
The residents of Japan and North America will be able to enjoy some new hits like Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, Burnout Revenge, Fight Night Round 3 and Top Spin 2 on 16th of March, while the Europeans will have the chance to go shopping for this second wave of games later in the future. The estimated price of these bargains is somewhere around 29.99 (=about £20).
The titles for the first wave announced for Europe are:
Call of Duty 2, Dead or Alive 4, Project Gotham Racing 3, Rockstar Games presents Table Tennis, Tom Clancy´s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, and Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend.
The timing of this campaign has clearly been set to coincide with the launch of Microsoft arch-nemesis, Sony´s Playstation 3, as people can, instead of PS3´s launch games, pick up two Xbox 360 classics for half the price.
