Fall of Liberty, published by Codemasters and developed by Sparks, has been renamed, as well as had its release date confirmed. The final name of the game is Turning Point: Fall of Liberty and it is due for a fourth quarter release, all PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 owners getting their own version of the game.
Fall of Liberty is based on an alternative future where the Nazis have won the Second World War and also taken over the United States. The goal for the creators of the game has been to create a believable world with familiar environment looking a whole lot different because of another leader.

In the story of the game, Winston Churchill has died in 1931 because of getting run over by a taxi — in real life Churchill survived the accident but had to use crutches for the rest of his life. Because of the English man in charge dead and gone, no one was left to lead the people into war resulting in the D-Day never happening as the United States were left outside the whole war. By the year of 1945, the Nazis ruled over the whole Europe.

After gathering their strength and starting from New York, they take over the United States in 1952. The Nazi navy invades all the harbors with air forces bombing the city and massive zeppelins ruling the airspace. The player will play the role of an underground resistance movement´s soldier.
