Uuden Lips-pelin kappalelistalta löytyy 40 kappaletta. Peli tukee nyt myös USB-mikrofoneja, joten Rock Bandin sekä Guitar Hero -pelien omistajat voivat käyttää soitinpakettien mukana tulleita mikrofoneja Lips-pelin kanssa.
