Microsoft has announced a competition for amateur developers to create a Windows and Xbox Live Arcade game using XNA Game Studio Express development tool.
Dream-Build-Play contest has a 10000 dollar grand prize and Xbox Live Arcade publishing contract. The game has to be submitted by July 2nd and the winner will be announced at Microsoft Gamefest 2007 in Seattle on 13th of August.
