As announced earlier at Leipzig Games Convention, an Xbox Live Arcade version of the very popular Settler´s of Catan board game is being developed by Big Huge Games. The game will be available for download in the first quarter of 2007.
The game puts players in control of settlers of a new island called Catan. Three to four players must compete against each other for randomly determined island´s territory and resources. As a board game Settlers of Catan has sold over 10 million units worldwide.
