There are rumours circling around the possible release of arcade classic Metal Slug on Xbox Live Arcade. These rumours were first voiced by the website 1UP. 1UP got its information at the Tokyo Game Show 2006 in a pamphlet handed out by SNK Playmore.
It is still unclear which of the parts will be made into an Arcade game, but the pamphlet and the SNK stand at the Game Show may suggest that the original first Metal Slug would be appearing on Xbox Live Arcade.
These are still unconfirmed rumours and no release date has been given.
